Travel support for artists from the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts

Launched as part of the İKSV Young Artist Fund, established in 2022 to mark the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts’ 50th anniversary, the International Mobility Support Programme supports the artistic production of young artists. The programme offers travel support to artists between the ages of 18 and 40 who have been invited to present their work at an event abroad or who are planning to travel to another country within the scope of an international collaboration. Applications are open throughout the year.

Artists working in the fields of music, cinema, performing arts and contemporary art within İKSV’s areas of activity, as well as writers working in the field of literature, are eligible to apply. Through this programme, İKSV seeks to expand international mobility opportunities for artists and writers based in Türkiye, encourage their participation in international projects, and support their professional development in the long term.

Applications are reviewed by an evaluation committee composed of directors from İKSV’s relevant departments. The committee meets four times a year, in the final weeks of January, April, July and October, to assess applications submitted throughout the year. For detailed information on eligibility criteria and the selection process, please consult the programme regulations and apply via the open call page.
