İnci Furni had solo exhibitions at the Apartment Project (2007), Masa Project (2009), Krinzinger Project in Vienna (2010), and Artsümer Gallery (2011). She also attended the 10th and the 11th International Istanbul Biennials and joined the Hafriyat group exhibition in 2007. 2008-2010, Furni has been a resident artist in several residency programs, which are Iaab International Exchange and Studiı Program Basel, Platform Garanti, Villa Waldberta in Munich, Krinzinger Projekte in Vienna. 2006 onwards, she has attended several group exhibitions at major galleries in Istanbul and in Germany, Sweden, Croatia, Austria and Denmark.
