İhsan Oturmak graduated from Marmara University’s Fine Arts Faculty in 2012. 

Since 2007, he participated in several exhibitions in Diyarbakır, Istanbul and Ankara, leaving most of them with prizes. Oturmak also participated in the 1st Istanbul Design Biennial. In 2012, Oturmak made his international debut in Paris with the exhibition Journeys: Wanderings in Contemporary Turkey.
