Born in 1979 in Istanbul, Çağrı Saray received his undergraduate and graduate degrees, and completed the Proficiency in the Arts Program at Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting. He’s now working as Asst. Prof. at the Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Basic Education. His selected personal exhibitions include 4/12: Topographia of a Home (2011), I am the Villain in this Story! (2010), Off the Record (2009), The Waiting Room (2009), Red Room and Red Room: Sequences (2007), Tribute to Handke/MASA (2007) and Memory Boxes-1 (2001). He has participated in many group exhibitions which include the 3rd International Canakkale Biennial (2012), Where Fire Has Struck (2011), A Space Between (2010), Dirty Story (2009) and Ambivalance Video(2008). He lives and works in Istanbul.
