• Public sales will begin on Friday, 21 October at 14.30. Tickets can be purchased via passo.com.tr, the Passo Mobile application, and Passo sales points.
• You can attend the screenings with your PDF tickets sent to your email address, which can also be accessed from the ‘my tickets’ tab under your profile information on the Passo website. Ticket prices include a service fee.
• A limited number of Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets for students can be purchased via passo.com.tr, the Passo Mobile application by creating a membership, or at the Passo sales points during public sales.
• A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per screening per person. Multiple campaigns and/or discounts cannot be combined.

Advance sales will open on Wednesday, 21 October at 10.30 for Black, White and Red Tulip Card members. Tulip Card members can purchase their tickets during the advance sales period via passo.com.tr, the Passo mobile app and Passo sales points.

Black, White, and Red Tulip Card members can purchase up to two (2) discounted tickets per screening, while Red Tulip (Single) Card members can purchase one (1) discounted ticket.

During the advance and public sales, Black and White Tulip Card members are entitled to a 25% discount, and Red Tulip Card members are entitled to a 15% discount on all events. Black and White Tulip Card members can purchase their tickets during their respective advance sales period on passo.com.tr. Black Tulip Card members can request tickets through the reservation form shared with them.

With the Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket project, student tickets for İKSV events are priced at 50 TL. Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets can be purchased from all Passo sales points, passo.com.tr and Passo Mobile application by creating an account. To purchase tickets, enter ‘eczacibasigencbilet’ in the code field on the campaign screen.

Depending on the quota for each event, a limited number of Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets will be on sale. Only one Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket can be purchased at a time. The student status of those with Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets will be checked at the venue entrances before the events. Audience members whose ID information does not match their Youth Ticket will be directed to the box office to purchase a difference ticket. To enter the event, students must show a valid student ID or a formal student document retrieved from E-Devlet (E-Government) for Turkish citizens. Istanbul Cards are not accepted. Student IDs from students studying abroad are valid.

Youth Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and not for resale. Detailed information can be found in İKSV’s Policy on Second-Hand Ticket Sales. Identification details must be provided when purchasing tickets. Name and surname must be provided when purchasing a ticket.

If a valid student ID cannot be presented, the ticket holder will be directed to the box office to purchase a difference ticket equal to the difference between the lowest general sales category and the student ticket. Responsibility for any delays due to the purchase of a difference ticket rests with the audience member, and no refunds will be issued.

There is no age limit for the Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket; however, Filmekimi screenings are restricted for audiences of 18 years of age or older unless stated otherwise.

Senior citizens (65+) are entitled to a 25% discount on tickets. To benefit, select the relevant category when purchasing tickets. While age verification is not required at the time of purchase, IDs may be checked at the venue entrance. The 65+ discount cannot be combined with Tulip Card discounts.

Disabled audience members and their companions can purchase up to two tickets per event at a 50% discount for İKSV events.

To request discounted tickets, click the “Get an Accessible Ticket” button on the page of the event you would like to attend and complete the form. Once you have entered the details for the first event, you can use the “Add another event” option to request tickets for other events as well. Once we receive your request, our team will reserve the tickets through your Passo account and contact you via your preferred method. You will need a Passo account for the discounted tickets to be allocated to you.

• As per legal regulations, all our screenings are restricted to persons over 18 years of age, unless stated otherwise. Some guests may be asked to produce their ID for age verification.
• Please be in the cinema halls at least 20 minutes before the screening and avoid bringing bags larger than a handbag.
• Latecomers will not be admitted and tickets cannot be refunded.
• Luggage and large backpacks will not be accepted in the halls, and cloakroom service is not offered.
• There will be no intermissions during the screenings.
• Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the screening is cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of a cancellation or date change, refunds and exchanges must be completed by the deadline specified in the announcement.
• Multiple promotional offers cannot be combined.
• Any visual or audio recording, using handy-cam, camera, mobile phone or any other type of recording device during the screening is not allowed. Recording devices will not be allowed in the halls.
• Only water will be permitted inside the cinema halls. Bringing alcoholic beverages, consuming tobacco or tobacco products, and using electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical failure in the electronic subtitle system, the screening will continue without subtitles if the issue cannot be resolved.
• The event organiser reserves the right to deny entry to the hall, provided that the ticket price is refunded.

• The venue can be reached by metro (Osmanbey station, Rumeli exit, 650 m) and bus (Teşvikiye stop, 400 m).
• The venue has step-free access at the entrance.
• The venue has a car park spanning five levels, starting from level -3, with one accessible parking space on each level.
• A lift provides access to the cinema floor.

• The venue is wheelchair accessible.
