İKSV Galas presents the magnificent musical The Greatest Showman starring Hugh Jackman as a brilliant New Year's gift to film lovers!

The Turkish premiere of The Greatest Showman which celebrates the life of American entrepreneur and showman PT Barnum who "invented show business" will be made on December 20 at Cinemaximum City's Nişantaşı at 21.30.

Directed by Michael Gracey, this superb musical stars Hugh Jackman as Barnum, Zac Efron, Michelle Williams (Manchester by the Sea, Blue Valentine), Rebecca Ferguson (The Snowman, The Girl on the Train) and The Disney Channel star Zendaya.

The songs of The Greatest Showman are written and composed by Pasek & Paul, also responsible for the Oscar-winning "City of Stars" in "La La Land". "This Is Me" from The Greatest Showman was sung by youtubers selected from 17 different countries including Ekin Beril from Turkey.

The Greatest Showman will open on 29 December in Turkey, and the Turkish premiere sponsored by DHL will be made on December 20, the same day as the USA release.
