Admission of Applications

Cité des Arts Turkey Workshop 2023 applications are finalised.

This year, Turkey Workshop will host Eda Aslan in the January-March period, Fatma Belkıs in the April-June period, Didem Erbaş in the July-September period, and Kadir Kayserilioğlu in the October-December period.

The selection committee that determines the artists with an open call comprise Çelenk Bafra, Özer Dicle, Selen Erkal, Bige Örer, Aslı Seven, Rüçhan Şahinoğlu and Pelin Uran.

We congratulate our artists and wish them success in their new journeys.

The new application period will open in the summer months.

Application requirements
  • Being younger than 40 years old at the time of the application,
  • Speaking either English or French fluently
  • Working professionally in the field of visual arts, experimental film, design, and performative arts.
Documents necessary for applications
  • Application Form
  • CV
  • Letter of intent, explaining artistic practices and reasons of application to Cité des Arts (max. 3500 characters, max. 10 MB, in PDF format)
  • The artist portfolio (max. 10 GB, in PDF format, max. 10 URL for images, videos web sites etc.)
