The film's eponymous antagonist Miss Cazibe is played by Hale Soygazi, while actor Macit Koper has also written the screenplay. Cazibe lives in the same house with her insanely over-protective mother and alcoholic uncle, who is secretly in love with her. Her only escape from their oppression is through an imaginary world where she meets with her high school sweetheart Kürşat. However, as her repressed sexuality surfaces, her dream world starts to rise over reality.
