Reminding us that love is universal, this unique, touching ghost story is set on the Peruvian seaside. Miguel is a young, respected and popular fisherman living in a very small religious coastal village. Married to the beautiful, pregnant Mariela, Miguel is hiding a romance with his true love, Santiago, a painter from Lima who is shunned by the townsfolk. Until the day Santiago drowns accidentally. For his spirit to be released, his body must be buried by his lover, says the tradition. But to do this, Miguel should reveal his love for Santiago.
